Just wrote to my Gas and Electric provider to complain about their prices. Really bugs me how the energy companies are ripping off the public.

It is not possible for us to agree that its outrageous unless you provide some measure to judge against.
eg "They charged me £170 for gas for the last quarter and I don't even have a gas supply" - WOULD be outrageous
Whereas "They charged me £170 for gas for the last quarter and I only use gas to kepp my outdoor swimming pool at aconstant 25C" - wouldn't be!Comment

Eon sent us a letter saying that our direct debit was going up to £497 per month last week.
Last year they wanted to increase it to £2000+ per month!Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
