100% fool proof money making scheme

    http://www.guardian.co.uk/money/2008...ments-property

Buy-to-let evangelist Jim Moore - whose Inside Track Seminars (ITS) and Instant Access Properties (IAP) firms went bust earlier this year, leaving wannabe "millionaires" as creditors - is back with a new "minimum investment and maximum return" property deal.

One-time pyramid perfume seller Moore - his L'Arome scent firm went bust in the early 90s - is offering investors deals including 100% flat finance packages in Brazil and guaranteed 14% returns from holiday flats in Yorkshire.

That's future folks. Flats in Brazil and holiday homes in Yorkshire.

My (property) numpty sister rang me yesterday to get me to turn on Phil and Kirsty because they were showing "holiday rental" property in Cornwall.

She thought that it was good deal, that I should consider as an investment.

It was 259K for 16K pa of income (before expenses) FFS. A 6% return with lots of risk and she thought it was good.
