It's such a transparent conspiracy between government seeking control and tax revenue and scientific organisations seeking kudos and funding I find it amazing anyone believes in that old guff.

It's plainly obvious the world is not frying and that climate changes via natural and complex mechanisms rather than 4x4's in Chelsea.

Given that we have politicians who believe printing money’s a good way to help the economy, electricity companies who think their wind turbines are being attacked by invaders from the planet Zog, and a Mr W who thinks his house is worth more than it was last year, your belief in a flat earth is a relatively modest delusion and quite forgiveable.

As for AGM, I'm a skeptical ditherer, but if there's money to be made from it...

I pretty sure that the earth is flat and importantly has a 24,000 mile pattern repeat.

Our new project secretary's flat. Flat as a pancake.
