Advice on internet mobile phone with keyboard

I want a mobile phone with excellent (fast) internet browsing capabilities, also it must have a mini keyboard for easy typing.

Anyone got any suggestions ?

Also the screen size is an issue, I want it as large as possible !

I got a limited company so I can get it under the 'business phones' area of mobile phone providers.

If you're not averse to Windows Mobile then something like the HTC Touch Pro, Sony Xperia X1 or HTC TyTN II? There are plenty of others, but Windows Mobile isn't too everyone's taste (although some of the newer HTC devices shield you from the perceived nastiness).

Perhaps a BlackBerry device or Palm?

IIRC no wi-fi card, so not as fast as it could be in a hot spot....

The Google G1 has wifi and 3G, and unlimited data connection on t-mobile.
