    Project help..

Just a quicky - hopefully someone here knows..

In project terms, what is a PCN?.. I've never heard of it and it's in a job spec I'm applying for which I need to relate to.

Project Concept Note perhaps??.. no idea.. maybe from a different methodology I've used.

    Cheers!

    Project Change Note usually.

In case you aren't familiar with that usage they're used as a formal sign-off between PM/Project Board and stakeholders (including suppliers) for changes in agreed deliverables for any reason applicable.

    e.g.

    Requirements added/removed
    Budget change
    Time changes
    Work package spits/mergers

You no doubt know the drill, but different places use different terminology and acronyms.
