The Economy - our livelihoods: How bad can it get? How low can it go?

How long before we are queuing up at the soup kitchen?

Or is the bad news just hurrying itself along so that the recovery comes quicker?

How much food have you got left in your house? Pound going down the pan so no chance of buying much more. Maybe end of Feb?
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I'm digging over the vegetable plot so the wife and kids can eat when I'm away.

You've come right out the other side of the forest of irony and ended up in the desert of wrong.
