Hey,
it won't matter a fig how much they drop as the best houses will not go on the market and you will be left to pick over the crappy ones that couldn't sell or repossessed stock that will have the credit rating from hell attached to them... (if you are really lucky you will be spared the previous tenants bailiffs turning up to kick your new door in...)
