    Visa Tier 1 Company or Business accounts

    I'm about to submit a visa renewal for Tier 1.
    The earnings proof is from my limited company. (self employed)
    Unfortunately my company tax year is August to August but i need to show the Home Office my earnings from Jan-December 2008.

    Would the Home Office accept a fraction earnings estimate of my company accounts? (8/12 fraction of company tax year + interim accounts for Aug to Dec)
