    Selling a car

    Which websites would you recommend?

Which ones give the best number of enquiries?

    TIA

    Cheap motors ebay

Anything over 5k you might as well keep because it's worth nothing
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

A mate asked me (his car is in the £15K - £20K bracket) and I could only think of autotrader and piston heads.

So was wondering what the definitive list of decent places are to sell.

Cars in that bracket aren't selling unless they are at near trade price.

Exchange and Mart used to be good but now the magazine seems largely filled with soft porn adverts nad few cars.

Autotrader or Ebay are his best bet but he has to be realistic

Nope, he's not. The only cars that are selling atm are the cheap end of the market. Trade in and sale prices on more expensive cars have gone through the floor.

It's only worth what someone is willing to pay

Because they're talking rubbish. What they really mean is all cars sales have slowed enormously. Vars that were once worth say, 20k are now only worth maybe 15k if you find a buyer. Everyone is undervaluing everyone else's car.

Cars will sell, you're just not going to get what you think its worth.
I couldn't give two fornicators! Yes, really!

There's this company, but the prices they offer aren't attractive unless you're desperate. They'll give you an on-line quote, which might be a good piece of info as you'll at least know what the rock-bottom price is.
