Is there a website that reviews new and innovative websites?

Wondering if anyone knows a website that features/reviews new websites that are new and innovative/clever/amusing/interesting?

Not talking about the design, more the idea e.g. 1st website to allow you to upload pictures of yourself and then see you in different designer clothes. I just made that up by the way.

Any such website? Like the ones for gadgets but for websites?

Is this a good web site on which to ask for a good web site that reviews new and innovative web sites?

Surely someone could recommend a better web site on which to ask for good web sites that review new and innovative web sites?

Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson
