Internet access is heavily restricted here but am lucky enough to be on a less restricted bit of the network cos I'm a developer and I need access to lots of different websites for - ahem - technical queries. Stick a usb 3g stick in your machine and configure *.contractoruk.com requests to through that.
Well, thats how I surf "banned" sites at client co anyway.
