    Garage dispute…..

Took the Focus back yet again. They have had the car for two days.

Problems I reported (since the power steering pump was replaced)

    1. Uneven front passenger tyre wear
    2. Vague feeling on motorway speeds
    3. Vibrating steering wheel (not road feel, but, actually vibrating)
    4. Dry creaky noise over speed bumps.
    5. Occasional knocking noise when changing down gears (sounding like loose tie ends).

I think all they did was drive the car to a mechanics home and back both days, and, have not inspected on the ramp.

Car handled perfectly before the PAS issue.

Garage called back saying nothing found and to collect car, have booked the loan car out to somebody else.

I have called Ford customer care line, spelled out the faults (got them to repeat back to me). I have told the customer do not give a monkeys line that I am refusing the car back due to clear faults not being answered.

Anyone had to take a courtesy car hostage before, and, how did you get on?

Not called the firm I bought the car from yet, as, I am dependant on ford to give me answers.

Would rather stick to the underpowered fiesta loan car as drives in a straight line at least!!

      That's usually terminal.

I went through Wilmslow on the train on Tuesday, sadly it was the station, not the person

But I did smile wryly to myself as I sipped my orange juice.
I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this

Wilmslow is even managing to wear down the non-regular posters.

Certainly sounds like it could be messy.

Maybe the garage is being paid by the mafia neighbours to do Wilmslow in?

Or was it someone from here?
