Is that personal or government debt? On what basis is it highest? It might be large in £ terms but small as a percentage of GDP......

Personal debt definitely is, as a percentage of GDP.

Not sure about government debt. It's pretty bad and we're running a massive deficit, but I don't know what is was in 1979 to 1981.

Translation: "I once read something somewhere. It was a long time ago. I don't know where I read it. But you can take it from me, it's a fact."

Are you Cyberman, by any chance?

Wasn't it 400% at the end of WW2?

If you check sappatz's posts you'll see it's just a troll who mostly posts meaningless one-liners.

Probably another childish sockpuppet. Best to ignore it I think.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God? - Epicurus
