    Is CUK "Timeist" ?

Look at the bottom of the page and it says

All times are GMT. The time now is
Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought there were other time zones as well.

However, according to CUK, all times are GMT.

Is CUK a Borg conspiracy and have they assimilated all other time zones ?

    Is Zeity involved ?

    We need to know !
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

World Time is based on GMT. If we didn't have GMT, we would have no time. Bow down to GMT, or be damned.

Ireland kept Dublin Mean Time until the Easter Rising in 1916, and only then, with independence within its grasp, adopted GMT. Truly, the Irish are different.

Nope. I'm really excited actually and I'll tell you why.

I have just made some pH testing paper, using rose petals and strips of paper.

I failed chemistry at school, so it's a Big Deal (tm) for me.

Now I can check my liquid.

Well putting my extra large pedants hat on (the normal one isn't fit for this point) to be accurate all times ARE GMT, but some are GMT +/- a number of hours appropriate to the position on the planet relative to Greenwich.

                That’s quite cool.

Apparently in the Gambia they have GMT too. A journalist asked a taxi driver to confirm that it really was Greenwich Mean Time and the taxi driver answered ‘no man, Gambia Maybe Time!’

Dublin is the only city in Western Europe to have 2 cathedrals. Both are Protestant.

                  No really, they are different.

I thought Liverpool boasted two cathedrals.

                    Roman Catholic: Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral
                    Anglican: Liverpool Cathedral
