So - we could be seeing perhaps a 10-15 per cent increase in House Prices this year ?

I'm no expert, but looking at that graph, I would say it does not look like "boomed" to me, not now and not for many many many moons yet.Comment

Squinting at that graph, and trying to extrapolate, it looks to me as if it will bottom out at -30% in around 2012!Work in the public sector? Read the IR35 FAQ hereComment
