    What makes a successful project?

    Regardless of what you are delivering..

    My top 5 for starters:

    - A well defined and agreed scope
    - Agreed roles and responsibilities
    - Committed project people
    - Exec sponsorship
    - Risk identification

    Can we make a top 10?
