Esigenze :
Required skill set:
· Commercial-, banking- or technical background
· Proven IT experience as Supporter, Operator or Developer
· Familiar with Microsoft Windows, -Office and Unix Applications
· Knowledge of Oracle
· English, French, additional languages are a plus
· Ability to analyze and document business IT-requirements
· Know how in IT project management



Responsabilità :
Main tasks:
· Daily system operating (monitoring, EOD, housekeeping, archiving)
· Hard- and Software Maintenance (up-dates, enhancements, changes)
· Support function to Back-office (static data management, statistics)
· Database management (programming of queries)
· User support for all IT matters (1st - 2nd Level)
· Troubleshooting / interventions on system failures
· Analysis & Project management on new soft- and/or hardware implementations and projects
