Good Times in the Euro Zone

    http://quote.bloomberg.com/apps/news...nZk&refer=home

"The euro rose the most in a month against the dollar after European Central Bank President Jean- Claude Trichet said the bank is prepared to raise interest rates for the first time since 2000.

The euro also climbed against the yen after Trichet told a press conference in Athens that ``strong vigilance'' is needed to prevent inflation accelerating, the first time he has used such language this year. He said policy makers are ready to move at ``any time.'' ",

It's gonna be funny when the pound and euro are on a par.

          Franko,

          I am confident,

that UK propaganda will be describing Germany as being in a
recession for the next 200 years.

          Milan.

Sorry, Milan, the fact that you have a well paid contract cannot really be considered as an indicator of the nation's wealth.

you call 8 euros an hour well paid !

might be for italy but not for the rest of Europe.

back to the point, Germany's situation is not, old chap, as bad
as the propaganda machine in the UK likes to make out

              Milan.

Milan in a well paid contract? What have I missed. Has he been promoted to Senior Vice President in charge of backups?

Is €13 an hour enough to complete building the swimming pool (bathtub)?

how do you explain the OCSE indicators then? i.e. unemployment over 10%? Are you going to do the same bullcrap propaganda you did for Belgium in the last years?

Sadly that's true. The majority of IT contracts pay around that net rate in Italy.
