    well update for all...

    secured a permie role at public sector...can't be doing with the amount of non work related crap I have to go through...

    equality courses - £500 of tax payers money waster
    diversity courses
    health and safety training...

    the amount of rules and policies that were conceived to stop people doing any real valuable work....

    micro managed...

    arghhh....

    I know I should be grateful for a job but......

    Yeah, I've had 1 or 2 jobs in my younger years in the public sector.. I once spent an entire day learning how to lift objects by bending my knees and not my back. You better stock up on some pro-plus to keep awake during it all!

      Far from it, once my mortgage is paid off I plan to get public sector role close to home so I can sit back and relax for 25 years before retirement.
