Britain to become the biggest country in Europe by 2050

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/ukne...port-says.html

Forecasts published by the UN suggest Britain will the third most attractive destination for migrants, after the USA and Canada over the next 40 years

The UN's biennial population forecasts found that a net 174,000 immigrants are set to arrive in Britain every year between now and 2050.

The inflow of new arrivals will mean that by 2050, Britain's population will be 72.4million people, up from 61.6million this year
The Governments 'tough' on immigration and the footballs on the telly, it'll all work out, never mind.....

We need to start culling some of the population.

We don't have enough space. Not enough housing, no space on the roads, the infrastructure is creaking at the seams.
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Can we start with the Saaarf East and London, that'll knock 30% at a stroke and let's face it whose going to miss them.

I agree London and the South East should secede and become an independent state. It would be one of the richest parts of Europe. Then we can stop subsidising the rest of the country. The rump state left would be slightly poorer than Portugal.
            Hard Brexit now!

Yeah - provided that the rest of the country continued to have its head offices in London and declare its income there.

Did you realise that all the income from oil in the North Sea is earned in London? All the VAT in the whole country counts in London's GDP? British taxpayers subsidising London's pig-trough construction projects all add to London's GDP.

Don't get me wrong, London is a great city and all of us should be proud of it. But it's not carrying us; on the contrary, we have a right to our pride because we share in its upkeep.

And with water levels set to rise 100 feet over the next few years, it's gonna get awfully crowded in Nottingham!

Maybe that's because at least 10 million imigrants in Germany (Czechs, Russians, Poles etc.) will probably swim the channel. After all, like in France, Western Continental Europe is just a "half-way-house", isn't it??
