How long until we invade Iran ?

    From the BBC

    Iran 'is training Basra killers'
Specialist bomb-makers targeting British troops in southern Iraq are being trained by an elite arm of Iran's armed forces, UK defence sources say.

So the question is, how long until we invade Iran, and will it be the UK, or UK and US or the UN.....
    SA says;
Well you looked so stylish I thought you batted for the other camp - thats like the ultimate compliment!

I couldn't imagine you ever having a hair out of place!

Its a clever idea. We invade Iran from Iraq and lo and behold a couple of years later, Iran & Iraq will be allies.

Thats how you unite the Arab countries.

    Nice.

You know what they say about assumptions!

It will probably be Iraq who invades on the basis that Iran is concealing WMDS.

          Iran

          Tricky situation,

The UK is busy rattling its sabre in the direction probably at the behest of Dubya.

It would be just like Uncle Tony to pull our pants down for the Yanks.

THey cannot even control Iraq, what are they going to do?

          Introduce conscription?

If I had to hazard a guess, the borders in those areas where imposed by Western powers anyway, so an Iraqi Shiite is probably more an ally of an Iranian Shiite than of Iraqi Sunni. This does not even get into tribal loyalties which are rife in that area anyway.

I dont think Tony has it in him for another war anyway, he would then go down in history as the warmonger who scr3wed up the economy.

Well I can tell you that the invasion has been postponed until after the World Cup as Iran has now qualified, an invasion in the interim would disrupt the fixtures.

Its all a plot you see...

The only thing England are going to invade is a soccar pitch after their tulip team losses its next game!

Lets face it...Englands Land Army is about as capable of keeping the peace as they were back in 1914 (here we go, lets see who can understand what Im getting at ). In fact there are rumbles going on that the British policies being employed in the South of Iraq have absolutely nothing to do with being the good guy but more to do with the fact that just about the entire army is currently in Iraq! The Poms cant afford to take over and restore peace and order like the americans have in Falatio and Mosul

All this talk about Iran in the media is just getting the public primed to accept the concept of including Iran as part of the war on terror.
