Now you've been paying for Jacqui Smith's bongo flicks
"Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny. "
Another case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing.
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

I like how the news named the 3 "mainstream movies" - although two of them were the same After paying for Ocean's 13 once, he saw fit to pay to watch it again - I didn't think it was that good. Mind you, he wasn't paying...
Back on subject, they named the mainstream stuff - so why not name which porn movies he was watching....
Now how about a fly-on-the-wall documentary for the conversation Jacqui has with him when she gets back That would be pay-per-view material.
Also as she employs him as her "assistant" (at taxpayers expense), shouldn't this be a sackable offence for him. Certainly would be for anyone else
Yes, I wondered what the 2 movies were as well, but can find no reference to them.
As for watching Ocean's 13 twice ?

Perhaps they can claim it was "Research" in order to find another foolproof scam in getting extra finances in to the goverment's coffers.
So Mervyn King.....you'd best watch out.
