Yes, I wondered what the 2 movies were as well, but can find no reference to them.
As for watching Ocean's 13 twice ?
Whilst the plot isn't exactly taxing, clearly for an assistant of the Home Secretary, it proved to be more challenging than most.
Perhaps they can claim it was "Research" in order to find another foolproof scam in getting extra finances in to the goverment's coffers.
