    Fecking Tiscali

    Anyone else with these cowboys for broadband!?

    Havent been able to get on the net for 2 fecking days and last weeks service was a pile of shyte too!

    They're blaming a BT fault yet their service page shows 100% working. Bulltulip!

            Oh and your representative samples are mainly on low number of responses.

                Tiscali are truly awful.

                Their customer service is a joke if you can get through on their premium numbers.

                And they don't bother replying to letters except 3 months later when you can take them to arbitration or court.

                I ended up with them when they took over another ISP, after 2 months of not receiving the service I paid for, I cancelled my broadband with them due to breach of contract send them a cheque to go away and threatened to take them to court if they didn't leave me alone. I also cancelled my direct debit instruction. (Luckily I'm in a cable area.)

                3 months later I received a cheque for the same amount I sent to them.

                6 months later they set up a new direct debit instruction and took money out of my bank account. I took the money back under the direct debit guarantee so they sent me a letter stating I owed them this money. I told I didn't and they insisted so I threatened to take them to court if they insisted on insisting. Haven't heard from them since December........

                Oh and because of their finiancial difficulties they may sell themselves to the Talk Talk from the Carphone Warehouse.

                Another truly poor company with customer service operators who blatantly lie until you threaten to take them to court or report them to OFCOM. (Tiscali customer service people don't lie they are just thick regardless of their country of origin.)

                In fact their own staff in the shops tell you to send every letter to them by recorded delivery because they lie about not receiving letters.

                    Think you'll find Sly TV offerred something like £250m for the business recently (although tiscali value the business at nearer £500m) but that probably wont make much difference to customer service!
