These include document processing, information technology, procurement and bank property - a division known as Group Manufacturing.
That has to be one of the weirdest division names ever, for what it does.
Behold the warranty -- the bold print giveth and the fine print taketh away.

Well, if the contract review goes well, you may know one more good folk in there.
If your company is the best place to work in, for a mere £500 p/d, you can advertise here.

You know these people that could not do technology so tried to go to the business side but never get anywhere as they are considered techies, they just float about creating meaningless word documents and are always heading off to meaningless meetings where they just talk tulip. The folk I know are in that category.

I contracted for RBS manufacturing for a year and worked with some excellent people, unfortunately they were outnumbered by useless donkeys by about 3:1.

As we all know the proportion of good people to donkeys will remain the same or degrade after these layoffs as corporates never take the chance to clear out the dross properly. Bit sad really.

The decisions on where jobs will be go [sic] is to be worked out at a more local level with staff unions.
                  India, surely?
