I'm better than dirt. Well, most kinds of dirt, not that fancy store-bought dirt... I can't compete with that stuff.

started jogging 3 weeks ago. running a mile still completely slays me but it's amazing how each time i go for a run, it gets easier.

I particularly enjoyed a run of 36km with no energy supplies - just water. I was a bit tired after that.

This was a few years ago now.

I am getting back into running now. Planning for a half marathon on Nurburgring on August 1st.

Too old to run now - knees and ankles can't take it. I cycle for 20 miles 5 times a week (on the road). Takes 90 mins at easy pace.

Used to run 70 miles a week, knees are stuffed now. Still think I could run 20 miles though if given enough energy drinks over the course of it.

My friend once ran a 100 mile race.
