I particularly enjoyed a run of 36km with no energy supplies - just water. I was a bit tired after that.
This was a few years ago now.
I am getting back into running now. Planning for a half marathon on Nurburgring on August 1st."Condoms should come with a free pack of earplugs."Comment

Too old to run now - knees and ankles can't take it. I cycle for 20 miles 5 times a week (on the road). Takes 90 mins at easy pace....my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...

did 65 minutes last week... but that was a slow 10K and ma shins are now cream crackered"Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Mark TwainComment

Used to run 70 miles a week, knees are stuffed now. Still think I could run 20 miles though if given enough energy drinks over the course of it.
My friend once ran a 100 mile race.Comment
