    Tales from the property hunter

    <Wilmsloweque mode='on'>

    I had narrowed my property shortlist (around £800K, 1 or more acres of land) down to about 5 properties.

    Put in lower offers. All rejected point blank. Asking price or above only.

    Checked today and 4 of the 5 have now sold (under offer) in the last week.

    Moral of the story. There is no housing crash where I'm looking!

    There's a moral to the story. The value of an individual property and the housing market in general do not need to reflect each other.
    "I hope Celtic realise that, if their team is good enough, they will win. If they're not good enough, they'll not win - and they can't look at anybody else, whether it is referees or any other influence." - Walter Smith

    On them! On them! They fail!
