I've been with the same umbrella company for a while but i've now decided to leave (service fairly average; charges extortionate).
My question is how do I go about resigning from my umbrella co and are there any legal aspects I should take into consideration? I have emailed them saying that I wish to leave, but have had no response (says it all!).
Do I need to mail them a hard copy resignation or should email suffice?
