I do not have the looks to pull off number 3 btw.

I wouldnt call it a skill but if you have security clearance, you can take the market rate and add £££'s. How many is up to your negotiating skills and level of clearance.

SA's and programme directors would be around the 1k+ a day mark. I have never personally seen a technical role below an SA go above that level.

No. You have to be sponsored. There is plenty of info on the BB advising of the in's and outs of aquiring clearance.
