Graduate/Junior Project Coordinator/Analyst, Project Office Support (Public Sector, Warwick).
Our customer (a leading supplier to the public sector) is seeking a Graduate/Junior Project Analyst/Coordinator with preferably a background in such administration focused roles.
The position predominately involves liasing with technical and business teams to support effective PMO decision making through delivery of project resource demands, Data Collection, provision of monitoring/tracking/reporting and interfacing with third parties and other support areas.
As such previous experience of this is highly desirable as is a past experience or knowledge of diary management, minute taking, monitoring of expenditure and forecasts, information gathering and report writing, whilst excellent communication skills and advanced level skills on MS Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is also keenly sought, some knowledge of SharePoint would be seen as a bonus.
Successful applicants will be dynamic, analytical and thorough with a flexible working attitude and ideally have a familiarity with such environments.
Based in the Warwick area , within luxurious offices this organisation offers applicants the possibility of ongoing extensions as part of long-term programme and is paying up to £9.00 per hour on a Full time working week.
