    How do you keep motivated when you know contract finishes in 2 weeks?

    Keep applying for other roles. Look at it as an opp to get a better job/ higher rate.

      be sure to make a "backup copy" of all the important stuff at client co's file/documentation servers

        Usually the lack of a signed timesheet is a big enough motivator for me, the last permy boss I worked for was a complete knob and throughout my contract I kept thinking of ways to humiliate him when I was leaving.

        I'm at home now and I can't invoice till the end of the month so I never got my chance but it's probably just as well.

          I've been in that situation for the last 4 weeks! (keep getting one week stays of execution!)

          Also being sat on my own-io in an office at the entrance to the site doesn't help!
