I think the day to day practicalities (schools, mates, missus'es, languages etc.) make it less realistic for many of us, at least in my case it does.

The Belgian Government is looking forward to receiving them all.

          pissed off

The last one made me laugh.

"We are not rich by any means, we live in a standard four bed house with a single garage on a housing estate in a normal town. Our kids go to the local comprehensive school. We don't have surplus money"

Well -what are they spending their money on. Did they get locked into a fixed rate mortgage at 10% or something?

According to you, they are drunk. They will think again when they sober up.

They, in keeping up with the Jones's, more than likely paid £400,000 for thier standard four bedroom paddock

                Best thing I ever did.

After being back for a while for medical treatment and some legal stuff to finish off, I'll be off again.

How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

They will bitch and moan but most will hang on until the tories get in to see if it changes.

Will cameron and his bumchum have the balls to cut the top rate back to 40% and instead raise taxes on everyone equally? I doubt it. Which leaves them a little snookered.

What about somewhere like Slovakia with its flat-rate tax schemes?
