    The Market!

Is it just me or does it seem to be picking up?

I've noticed a few genuine gigs this week, and my hubby (a PM) has been inundated with calls.

    Anyone else notice a difference?

Phone has gone mad all week. Job specs sent when requested, no two references tulip.
Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.

Who has time? Who has time? But then if we do not ever take time, how can we ever have time?

They must do; I can´t imagine anyone in Preston paying 50 grand per hour.

I tell you what though, if you have to permie (no thanks), that job in Preston would be fine assuming they mean 50k per year; you can live very nicely around there for 50 grand a year. Nice house somewhere like the Lune valley (cheaper and quieter than Ribblesdale), short drive to the Lakes, seaside, Pennines, nights out in Manchester and all very affordable. Oops, shouldn't be too positive, must keep the southerners believing oop north is all grim.
