Just discussed on Radio 4's You and Yours:

Print your own boarding pass on-line on a discounted seat: £0
Print your own boarding pass on-line on a normal seat: £5
Turn up without a web-printed boarding pass: £40

Actually, I cant remember if he said £ or Euros. But it was 40, not 20.

And the nice Ryan Air man said "It is a completely avoidable charge".
