What are your Ltd companies monthly expenses?

I hardly claim for anything these days!!

I did my SJD spreadsheet for this VAT quarter last night, and all that comes out of my company is: -

    Accountant (£95)
    Mileage (about £300 per month)
    Wages (£900ish)
and whatever divis I take (normally about £4k)

That's balls isn't it?! I used to claim for loads more! I can't even get my phone or internet out of there now!

        I never claimed for food in 12 years. I now realise that I was missing a trick here !! 400 quid a month x 12 x 12 = 57,600 pounds tax free.

You can still get the phone if it is on a company contract not a personal one.

Internet is difficult unless you have a seperate line for it in the company name, as it could be deemed to be something you would have had anyway, not solely for the company.

Otherwise, unless you are working away and can claim living expenses, that looks about right.

I always claimed for the internet. It is an essential item nowadays for business purposes.

Whatever my accountant makes up is good enough for me.
                I think I've a bunch of petrol receipts for a company car...which I don't own.

As much as my brilliant accountant decides is necessary for me to pay as little tax as possible.
