    Winnie the Pooh

my daughters have the dvd The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (1977)

i don't know if any of the rest of you have this film but it is excellent

there are so many funny quotes

one quote which particularly appeals to me as a contractor is

when Pooh gets stuck in the door of wabbits house and then the Mole comes along and discusses extricating Pooh from the doorway and pricing the job,

Mole then pencils a price calculation on paper, very funny

    x per hour
    plus lunch
    plus materials
    plus 10%

then says, no can't give an estimate, work strictly cash

    excellent

has anyone else seen this ?

    Milan.

A group of kindergartners were trying very hard to become
accustomed to the first grade. The biggest hurdle they
faced was that the teacher insisted on NO baby talk!

"You need to use 'Big People' words," she was always reminding them.

She asked John what he had done over the weekend? "I went to visit my
        Nana."

"No, you went to visit your GRANDMOTHER. Use 'Big People' words!"

She then asked Mitchell what he had done "I took a ride on a
        choo-choo", She said.

"No, you took a ride on a TRAIN. You must remember to use 'Big People'
        words."

She then asked little Alex what he had done? "I read a book," he
        replied.

"That's WONDERFUL!" the teacher said. "What book did you read?"

Alex thought real hard about it, then puffed out his chest with great
        pride, and said,

        "Winnie the tulip."
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

            snaw,

we play it in the car, in the big datsun there is a ceiling mounted dvd player, yes children could use the wireless headphones and we listen to something else on the radio, but no, we play the dvd's through the car speakers,

it is very interesting to listen to these films, there are some very funny quotes

´next time your daughter watches that dvd, fast forward to where pooh gets stuck in rabbits doorway and watch the scene where mole gives a quote for getting pooh out

            it is soooo us lot

finding nemo is another one which is funny just to listen to

I am feeling very left out. I can't contribute to the breakdown/divorce threads nor milan's disney drivel.
