    Dawn Primarolo's 2007/2008 expenses

    Dawn Primarolo - 2007/2008 expenses

    2nd home allowance £23,083
    London Supplement £0
    Office £18,050
    Staffing £90,500
    Central stationery £581
    Stationery & postage £1,511
    IT provision £1,192
    Staff cover £0
    Communications £9,730
    Travel £5,969

    TOTAL £150,616

On a standard MP salary of £60,000 her expenses work out at 251% of salary.

When Dawn (IR35) Primarolo was Paymaster General she said allowing grubby little tax cheat IT contractors 10% of gross income as a tax free expense was, and I quote "more than generous"

I wonder what phrase she should use to describe a whopping 251% ?

The expense claim of 10% from one man is a tragedy, the expense claim of millions is a statistic ...

      Or something like that.

Just on the the off-chance that you are unaware, and not referring to the connection: Dim Prawn = Prim Dawn = Dawn Primarolo.

I trust that these costs will be forensically examined by the media.
