'experience of delivering training to clinical staff in the areas of Dignity, Human Rights, Respect, Communications and Customer Service in care.'

This is one of the things that Mrs Tester is expected to do in the course of her work as head of nursing. This stuff is part of her professional baggage, along with medical skills and an understanding of physiology and psychiatry and psychology. No need for specialist consultants if people have been properly trained.
And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014

You have to pay people so you can be seen to be taking these issues seriously - otherwise 'null point' from whatever quango is doing the measuring.

They're just common sense, a lot of which is taught at school, by parents or failing that med/nurse school.
This is blatant misuse of public money.

Think how many duck houses that could buy. Probably even get your moat cleaned for that!

Jobs for the (disabled lesbian ethnic dwarf) girls.

Could you live with yourself if you got it though? I suppose for 2 months at 800 a day one could just forget the direct line from pensioners life savings thru Brown's thieving grasp to your pocket.
              Bored.
