    I'm soooo tired.

    Couldn’t get to sleep last night.

    Got onto the web.

    Watched Ghost.

    Read a magazine.

    Read a book.

    Stared at the ceiling.

    Watched a bit of telly again.

    Now I’m grumpy and can hardly keep my eyes open.

        Hot chocolate works for me, or try to focus on the inside of your eye lids and try to change the colour. I can change it from white to black and back again.

          You have my sympathies - that was me on Sunday night, but last night I got 7hrs 15 mins sleep

          At this time of year I'm lucky to get 4.5
          I have a spreadsheet I'm filling in at the mo, comparing how many hours sleep I'm getting compared to Mr P & Pogle Jr

          Currently Mr P gets around 75% more sleep than me.
          I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this

              Sweet! (obviously, not for you) but the data collection would make an interesting research dataset on the amount of sleep needed on a familial basis, especially if we could create an empirical test, e.g., mechanical reasoning and test the ability of each family member after progressively more or less sleep.
