I'd love to see the Tories do well (not because I'm a Tory, I'm a LibDem) but because of the bloody nose it'd give TCB (That **** Brown).

Unfortunately, I think that the two biggest winners from the European elections will be UKIP (with the astonishingly irritating Nigel Farage) and the BNP, appealling to the lowest common denominator amongst the chav classes.

Lib Dems I reckon. At the risk of a flaming, Clegg and Cable are the only ones coming out of this with any credbility. More through others' inadequacies.

Interesting voting on here so far - no one voting for the big three.

A knackered and dirty flatbed truck has just gone past my window. It looked like something out of The Beverley Hillbillies. A woman stuck her head out of the side and barked "Vote Libertas" through a crackly loudspeaker. I don't think I shall be doing but I admire their redneck gumption.

A New truck will be top of the expenses claims list for them.
