My sources inform me that they will be closing wards here in 4-5 weeks time. By that point there will be tens of thousands of people with it.

If you can hold out till August then there will be a vacine but there is a waiting list to get on it.

Im getting out of this country in exactly 3 weeks time and wont be back until August, hoping it'll be better by then

ClientCo just informed everyone here that someone (on other floor) has been sent home(for swine fear) and another guy's gf managed to pick up some precious germs (and he's been sent home too). They offered everoyone an option to work from home but i (as a contractor) dont have a clientCo laptop and Remote access. So i can either leave or stay

I think I've already got it - I've been feeling poorly for the last two days.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I'd say flu is worse as it takes weeks to recover from proper flu. This vomiting virus is grim for 48 hrs but then we all felt better very quickly afterwards.
