        Yes (.NET). You need to be able to demonstrate tolerance and tact ..... Didn't do so well there

            Seriously, they are probably more concerned that you will be able to deal with the culture. It's not .... erm .... fast-paced and there is quite a bit of PC and empire-building to deal with - people who think they are very important etc (although almost never the actual coal-face medical staff). On the plus side, a lot of people I met are thoroughly decent, kind folks.
            If you have worked in large public sector orgs before just promote those on your cv.

              Interestingly, I did a gig in the pensions regulator, who are lovely people but my God what a bunch of empire-building long-time-taking ****s!

                  On my first NHS gig with no previous experience, I found managing stakeholders is key.

                  Having looked at other similar jobs, it’s a reoccurring theme.
