So a very high hourly rate and a day with an extra 11 hours in it! Does it mean they have somehow slowed the Earth down to do this?
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

    Someone hit the wrong button...

I was explaining in another thread that I'm swimming 'upstream' to avoid this kind of carp...

140 a day? Do they really find BAs working for 20 pounds an hour even if it's up north?

I hope not, but sadly I expect they will...

No, it is a ruse to try and get the job on the FTV schem or to bring in an ICT.

They advertise at a low rate and get no applications. They then go to the authorities with proof that there is no local with the requisit skills. Then they get permission to bring in an import at that rate.

          Simples.
I am not qualified to give the above advice!

They did that when they ousted us from BT - a guy I worked with used to tool whichis very rare. They advertised his job at a rate of 140 a day and he applied and said he would work for the rate but they refused and said he couldn't. It's all a scam to get the FTV's in

Let 'em. I am working with Polish workers ATM.

I am doing most of their work for them.

Let them come, UK or Foreign eventually I will "OWN" them all
