OpsHow did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Just imagine working on the sales desk, cold calling Nigerians during their evening meal and introducing yourself with the line 'Hi, I'm John from Niggaz, I was wondering whether you've heard of us and our fantastic offer for reducing your gas bills?'
