    Poor David

Apperently making a statement about his shares soon

Poor boy is in the wars, I am almost starting to feel sorry for him.

Then again alll he has to do is resign and everybody will leave him alone.

Eight years of shabby cronyism to date and the unprecedented debasement of Parliamentary democracy within Britain is already Tony Blair's gift to history.

it seems these days people have become indifferent to New Lie's tricks and cheats that the conduct is almost taken for granted, hence the lack of interest here

          very sad

the worrying thing, is this the tip of the iceberg ?

            Morning Benes!

Indeed, it is sad. This sort of thing has been going on for decades within both parties but what is particularly galling is that now with greater exposure of this sort of activity, blairites simply carry on as though nothing has happened.

Oh dear, I've got found out, it was an innocent mistake. Never mind.

At least the Tories resigned and stayed down.

I'm surprised Hasbro haven't relaunched their Weeble brand with the Blunket Weeble: "Weebles wobble, but they don't fall down!".

As a socialist, why doesn't he distribute his shares equaly throughout the population instead of selling them?

                As a socialist

Why would a socialist own shares in a company?
                Why not?

                  Character

If he wasnt portrayed as this bastion of working class honesty and integrity, I would not mind so much.

If you are a devious corrupt g1t then at least admit to it.

Oh and while he is about it , he should resign too because he is cr@p

Again Blunkett cocks it up! The thing which galls me about this and other NL stories is that by selling the shares in some way makes it all better. Had he not been rumbled he would have kept them. Newsnight stated that he could have got £250,000 from his stake when the company floats shortly. Surely if our coppers ever catch a burgular it is like letting them go once they have given the stolen goods back.
