    According to http://www.snopes.com/autos/business/hondacog.asp no computer trickery was used (although the tyre motion and one or two other steps look slightly dodgy to me).

      The tires are done by having large weights inside that makes it look like they are rolling uphill, whereas the CofG is actually going downhill due to the carefully positioned weights.
