.. according to NHS direct and my doctor, two weeks working in London and I'm ill for the first time in 3 years - pah!
They aren't going to bother testing me for piggy flu - cos I'm getting better now, my temperate has gone down from 40 to under 38.
I don't think client co are impressed ho Hum.
I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this

Had this one, kicks in hard for 48 hours but eases well after that. Expect a week of 'congestion' but you can function fine. Naturally I 'worked' through it as I have my own office chances of passing on were reduced.

Yeah, had it several weeks ago. Slowed the body down a bit, but I'm still not 100% recovered from something unrelated.

Don't know if it makes us immune to piggy flu.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

They aren't going to bother testing you for swine flu, not because you are getting better, but because they don't want the figures to look bad so they avoid testing for it whenever they can.

Sympathies. I'm the other way round: on the bench but not a sign of flu or jury duty or whatever.....

It is really because the labs are too busy and it is taking 2 days to get the results back. Only 8% of people who are getting tested actually have pig flu.

Number of Britons with swine flu may already top 45,000

In fact if anyone has it now they are better protected from the supposed surge in cases expected in the Autumn.

Don`t think so, you`re just immune to the same type of flu again. There`s no escaping swiney flu.

There is a cure for swine flu, if you get a high temperature rub some oinkment on the forehead.

Meh. It's the London air (he said, breathing it every day).

Could be worse, you could have ManFluTM - the worst condition in the world, ever

I don't understand these concerns about swine flu meeting up with bird flu and creating a much more lethal virus. Apparently they "exchange genetic material" Sounds rude to me.

My garden has loads of dragon flies flying around in pairs, one with its bum stuck in the back of other's head, how does that work? Animals have all the fun.
