    Flat Rate VAT & Bank Account Interest

    Can anybody tell me whether I now need to include Bank Account Interest in calculation of my VAT reture for FRS - if this is the case can I do anything with any "debit" interest I've incurred ? - does it need to be offset against any credit interest earned for the period?
