acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy

    OK guys,
this is a phrase I've seen more and more often over the past few years.

    What's it mean?

It means they are not acting as an employment agency in relation to the role in question. Obvious really...

Its there way of saying "you can opt in to the regs but that doesnt mean we have to pay you".

However, as the f*ckers found out who tried to ninja money from me, the relationship between an employment agency/business and the contractor is created by the contract...not by the interpretation of the agents
