World headed for serious 'inflationary shock'

    Worrying reading

    http://www.citywire.co.uk/personal/-...aspx?ID=349023

The world is likely to face a ‘substantial’ inflationary shock in the next few years, as the full force of monetary loosening begins to run beyond the control of policymakers.

Which means your pension will be devalued down to peanuts and you won't be able to retire next year?

Pension will be fine, then I also have lots of assets that are worth considerably more than I paid for them.

        I'm with Alex

Have sheadloads of debt, especially in currencies that will suffer the worst inflation.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

                10% interest rates, here's hoping!
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

completely co-incidental on the timing - clearly I cannot be on two sites at the same time posting - not at the speed I type anyway!
